Is it possible to have a singular right aligned menu button with the theme?
Here is a picture of my current nav menu on each page and a red box indicating where I’m wondering If I could add a menu button.

Unfortunately, that is not possible with the Theme Options of the X theme and you need to customize the theme to do that. This is outside of our support scope and you will need to hire a developer. You can send this article to the developer to know how to get started with the customization.
Alternatively, you can consider converting the X theme to Pro and use the Header Builder feature of the theme. That way you can use the interactive builder to add Navigation Inline element to the left section and Navigation Collapse element to the right to add a button for the secondary menu.

You can go to your licenses page and you will see a button to convert to Pro. Converting from X to Pro will not affect the options and pages that you have created.
