Revslider click event demo not compatible with xtheme

Hi Guys,

the click to open lightbox image is not working on mobile

the revslider demo does work on cell phone:

I just checked your site and found that it is preventing click event on mobile as we have used hashed links on images. Here is screenshot :- http://prntscr.com/gebbrq

We have used that link to scroll the page when user click on image and we are scrolling because when user is on mobile and looking on last image then slide will appear at top and we needs to scroll over there.As a solution you can change the theme to default WordPress theme. You are already going to use blank template for pages. And if you really needs theme then contact your theme author to resolve the issue.

Please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Hey there,

I hate to say this but if you want me to do all that, how about you meet me half way?

instead of copy pasting the usual message, dig a little deeper…
You will notice that the rev slider team already tested the issue in depth and pin pointed the problem to the theme.

Nevertheless, i went and created a brand new install just for you.

Guess what? it works fine with any other theme but with xtheme it does not
no plugins, no childtheme.

Do you know when i can get a fix for this? Because i need to submit my site before wednesday, so i might have to try a complete other revslider.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA, Considering your deadline, I would recommend you take a different approach with a slider template which does not require this functionality .
