Thanks for writing in! I have tested your site URL and most probably your issue should be related to Caching, CSS/JS Minifications or CDN that you’re using.
Disable all of your CSS/ JavaScript minifications in cache settings, purge cache and re-test your issue first. If you’re using a CDN service, please disable it temporarily as well and test your issue further.
If you’re still having issues, you need to remove any JavaScript added to your site, disable your child theme as well and testing (if you have an active child theme).
If you’re still having issues, then you can disable your 3rd party plugins as well and further test your issue. If the issue resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.
In case if you cannot isolate the issue, provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to further investigate this.
