Revolution Slider Youtube Video "not found"

I have a video slider that includes 5 videos. I’ve had it up for some time and it’s worked fine, but I am now trying to add a new slide with a new video, and consistently getting the message “video not found” when I add the Youtube ID. I’ve double checked that it’s the right ID of course, and I updated the plugin. No luck.

Thanks for writing in! What’s the revolution slider version you’re using? Usually this issue should resolve after updating.

Also make sure that you’re using the latest X theme version and also Cornerstone. You can check the version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
