I tried looking at the account, however as there are multiple licences it's a bit difficult for me to figure out website in question over here. Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:
- Please make sure that you are using latest supported version of Revolution Slider which as of today is 6.1.2. At the same time please make sure you are using latest version of X Theme, Cornerstone or Pro Theme.
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it's fixed, you'll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
