Revolution Slider Not Populating

The main slider on my client site is not showing for some reason:

Can you advise? I have tested the plugins and also updated the Slider and X theme version, but it still doesn’t show - i have tested in Chrome and Safari.

Hi,

I checked and can see that you have incompatible version of xtheme and cornerstone.

Please update your cornerstone plugin to the latest version - Cornerstone 3.4.6

Hello - I updated to Cornerstone and flushed my cache but that did not resolve it. I’ve put the site behind maintenance mode in the meantime and will send login separately. Is there anything else you can ID?

When trying to checking your site, I’ve got the error “session expired”. This issue is happening because of you’re using an older version of WordPress core (v4.8.1). To resolve this issue, you need to update your WordPress as well into the latest version. You can see the latest version from here (https://wordpress.org/download/) and update accordingly (https://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress).

Also when editing your page, I see that your sliders are populating. You can refer to the following article here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/features-sliders/97).

Hello -

we have updated WP and the issue is still happening. I’m using a shortcode to populate the slider but even when I go to Edit Page and select the slider from the edit page option, the same issue happens.

I have done a plugin conflict test and it appears that Beaver builder plugin is causing the issue. I have temporarily disabled the plugin and now the slider is working. If you need a more compatible page builder, we recommend that you use our very own Cornerstone page builder instead.
