Revolution Slider NonProfit not working

I am trying to set the Revolution Slider you have in the nonprofit demo web, and I am unable to do it.
I have tried everything I have read in the forums.
I have uninstalled and installed the plugin.
I have downloaded demo content several times.
I have activated and deactivated the plugin.
Every time I install it I find an error and every time I try to import a slider it gives me an error.
I bought this template because I want exactly the same homepage as in the Nonprofit demo, including the slider.
Please let me know how to fix it.
Thank you

Hello @pablomateo,

Thanks for asking.

Can you please let us know the error message you are getting with Revolution Slider? One of the common error messages I have seen is Slider with alias not found. You can take a look at following page for more information and solution for the same.

https://www.themepunch.com/faq/revolution-slider-error-slider-with-alias-not-found/

Thanks.

It depends.
When I install the plugin, it says “Something went wrong” but then I can activate it.
If I import a zip file with a slider, it says slider_export not found.
If I import just that file, slider_export corrupt…
If I try to add a slider from a template, I just can´t do it.
I have deactivated all my plugins, and still, it doesn´t work.
I have a memory limit under the system requirements but I have upgraded it temporarily for an hour, and it doesn´t seem to be it because it is still not working…

Hello There,

You will need to import the nonprofit-home.zip. You do not need to unzip the file.

You can download the nonprofit-home.zip slider here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l595jjtq1qsvg31/nonprofit-home.zip?dl=0

For more details how you can import/export a slider, please check this out: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/import-export-replace/

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your answer.
However, as I have specified before, if I import those files (or the zip file) I receive an error.
I have already tried this option as stated in my previous comment.

When I import this zip file, I find this message:

Hey There,

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in and tested the import.
I did not encountered any issues at all. I have successfully imported the slider.
I even imported 3 sliders still with no issues.

(Delete those slider if not needed. I have imported them for testing purposes)

Please check your site now.

Thank you very much!
I have no idea why I was having that issue, then.
Could it be a matter of the browser?
I am using Safari.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks again for your help!

Hi There,

I am using Chrome. It could also be the issue right there.

Best Regards.
