Revolution slider jump to slide not working

Hi Team,

I have a slide created #11. Inside this slider there are 2 slides. The main default slide and a second.

There is a button that says “Find Shifts” I have set this button up to jump to the next slide on click but that behaviour is not working.

Please advise.

Hi David,

Thanks for writing in! Please follow Slider Recolution documentation here (https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/layer-actions-links/) and make sure to setup your links accordingly.

If you’re still having issues, then you need to disable your 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone, Slider Revolution and test your issue further. If the issue is resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.

If you have added any custom JavaScript to your site, you can temporarily remove them and test your issue further.

Also if you have a child theme, you can disable it and see if your child theme customizations are causing this issue.

Please make sure to clear full cache when testing your site by following this guide (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

If you’re still having issues, provide us with an example page URL along your WordPress credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Thanks!

Hi There,

I dont think there is any issue with the site. I am able to create a button action that on click it takes me to another url. However when I try to create a layer action when on click of button it goes to the next slide that does nothing.

I also cant seem to rename the slides. Is there a field for this.

I have sent over the URL in the secure note.

Hi,

Upon checking, you are using Hero Scene slider type which is set to be have just one slide. Please select other slider type. See this: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#slidertype112 select hero scene tab.

Hope this helps.
