Revolution Slider doesn't open menus

Hi there,

when I try to open a a submenu like Navigation > bullets inside the slider preferences the menu does not show up. As well the content source I chose is not marked.
I already tried deactivation all plugins except revolution slider, but this didn’t solve the problem.
Do you have any idea how I could make this work?

Greetings
Mathias

PS: In case of the screenshot I clicked on “Instagram stream” an on “Bullets” on the right menu.

Hi there,

Please double check if you have the latest version of X and Revolution Slider installed. If they are both updated and the issue persists. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Hi there,

I tried what you said, but although everything is up to date an all plugins have been deactivated it still didn’t work.
Any other ideas?

Hi Christopher,

I’ve seen the link you sent me before and still didn’t fix the problem.

Hi,

Can you try re-installing revslider plugin.

  1. Backup your site - https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ (for backup)
  2. Export slider - https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/import-export-replace/#export (for backup)
  3. Deactivate and Delete revslider plugin from plugins page.
  4. Install it back Via X > Validation Page

Thanks

Hi Paul,

I tried what you said, but it didn’t help.

Hi There,

Did this issue happen after you updated the Wordpress to 4.9.4? it seems that update did not go well.

Please clear and deactivate all your caching plugins/feature and do a test for plugin conflict again.

If that did not work, please re-install your WordPress by following the Manual Update guide provided here, this is to make that you have a clean copy of WordPress files.

Keep a backup of your site first.

Thanks,

Thanks a lot. Reinstalling Wordpress 4.9.4 fix the problem as a well as an other problem I had with cornerstone. I’m so happy. Thanks for your support.
