Revolution Slider and Cornerstone glitch

When revolution slider is activated it is causing cornerstone to glitch out. Attached are 2 screenshots one with it activated and one without. I tried adding the lines below to the config file but still happening.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

Hey there,

I was able to edit and save your home page (added an exclamation after your first headline)

Please clear your browser’s cache or check in incognito mode.

Thanks.

I can edit the page, but it doesn’t display correctly (refer to the attached screenshots). Another example is that the text is all messed up (black and wrong size) but when I go to edit it if I delete a character and re add it that fixes it until I refresh the page.

I tried in 2 browsers, cleared the cache and also tried private browsing.

Hi,

I logged in to your site but I can’t seem to replicate the issue.

When I go edit the page, everything looks correct and the same as when I view the page.

Can you confirm if this is still an issue on your end.

Thanks

Yes, it is still an issue. It looks like the images above with the black text in the headline of the contact form.

Hi there,

Another support here and I don’t see what’s in your screenshot, it looks all okay in my view. Though, I’m getting A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading. while reloading. Maybe this issue is inconsistent which is why we’re seeing it differently.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Yes ti is still happening. The problem is with revolution slider which is included with this theme so it should be tested for. Here are more screenshots.

I see the issue now. It was not obvious at first. I followed number 3 in this guide and it fixed the issue. This happened because you have Essential Grid on that page also.

Thanks.

I have this issue as well

Hi there,

I tried to login using the details you have provided but the details seem to be incorrect.

Kindly follow the suggestion here which contains some troubleshooting guide for errors you have in the page builder.

Thank you.

Hello, it seems that the woo commerce plugin was conflicting with cornerstone when I cloned an existing e-commerce site.

so I just cloned another site that did not have woo commerce installed, installing woo commerce after the fact, and in doing so cornerstone worked.

Hi,

Glad to know it’s working now.

Have a nice day! :slight_smile:
