Revoke purchase code - No option

Hello,

I had a site (eg: abc.com) and I moved hosts. I’m redoing this site so i deleted the old one, started up the site on a new host, installed the theme, put in my key and it says the key is valid but has to be revoked and reassigned.

I’ve read your help guide and i can’t get this to work. There is no option to revoke it and the url is the same yet i can’t use the same key.

Help?

(and yes, i’ve changed the url to something blank and then tried to put it back but it didn’t work)

Did you assigned the url to the license code? You can manage it in your APEX licenses page (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). If nothing else is working, please provide us access to the site that you are validating. You can insert the WP credentials in a secure note when you reply. SO before i went to edit the pencil, left it blank and clicked to the side like the instructions said, and then i went to put the url back and it didn’t work… until…

this time i did the same but after i cleared it i went to the forums then back to the accounts and resaved the url and that worked… so not sure if there is something that has to be looked at there or if it was on my end but its now resolved.
