Hello @godfather55v,

Thanks for asking.

Can you please share website URL of us to take a closer look? I tried visiting http://stevesace.com/sprout but getting 404 error message.

That being said please make sure you are using compatible version of Revslider. As of today the compatible version of Revslider is 5.4.6.6 . You can refer our version compatibility guide for further information:

Thanks.

I’m having the same issue on http://masterslandscape.com.au/

I’d posted my own query but hadn’t worked out it was the instragram slider crashing things. As soon as I removed that slider from the home page it loads again. If I have the instragram slider the only the nav for the top of the page loads.

Kindly open a new support ticket and provide us your wordpress admin login in Secure Note so we can take a closer look.

Secure note will not work if you are not the owner of the topic.

Thanks

Hi @godfather55v,

I checked and I don’t see any slider related to Instagram. What I’m seeing is widget element that displays Instagram items (Instagram slider widget plugin).

Could you try creating a slider with the Instagram source so we could check it too?

I added your IP and Domain to my hosts file, I should be seeing the site with this issue.

Thanks!

I’ve been playing, i changed it back now.

Hello There,

When I checked your site, the page is displaying perfectly. The slider is working with no issue and the page is not messed up.

By the way, I noticed that you are using an older version of Pro theme. Could you please update it to the latest version? Pro 1.2.7 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.

there was no notification to update it? Although i see it is out of date. Do i have to manually update it, if so, where do i find the download for the new one. Finally is there something wrong that it’s not letting me know there’s an update?

Hey There,

Please go to Pro > Overview and you should see the installed version and if there is a newer version which you can update to. And if you want to update, you can simply go to Dashboard > Updates and install the theme updates.

I can see that you have updated the theme. Does the issue still exist? Please clear all your caches first before testing your site.

Please let us know how it goes.
