I am trying to create responsive text and headers on my Theme X Pro staging website. I can get the text to shrink as I make my screen smaller, but headings will not shrink at all.

Thanks for writing in! Could you please follow this video walk-through here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ia5Lswi3ak) and make sure that your have setup your responsive text correctly. If you’re using a caching plugin on your site, make sure to purge your server cache and also clear your browser cache before testing (refer: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).
In case if you’re still having issues, please provide us with an example page URL by mentioning the text, to check your issue further.

I do not have the page settings setting in my theme options setting for pro. All I have is preferences, color, and font

Sorry for the confusion here. It’s not the Pro -> Theme Options that you need to be check.
Once you’re editing a page using Pro content builder, click on the settings cogwheel on the bottom left hand corner.
Then you should be able to see that screen.

That is the page I was going to. I have the top 3 settings but it is not giving me the page settings option.
