Responsive Slider in footer (Pro)

Hi,

I’m trying to add a Responsive Slider in the Footer in Pro Builder, by using the shortcode :

[slider animation="slide" slide_time="4000" slide_speed="1200" slideshow="true" random="false" control_nav="false" prev_next_nav="true"] [slide]<img src="sample-image1.jpg" alt="Condiments">[/slide] [slide]<img src="sample-image2.jpg" alt="Grains Rusks">[/slide] [/slider]

It displays only the “Previous” “Next” Arrows.
I tried putting inside a “Content Area” and a “Text” element, without success.

When I place the same shortcode in the body of the page, it’s displayed correctly.

What’s wrong?

Hi @gtaranti,

Thanks for writing in!

I tested the same code in y setup can confirm the issue. Also when I put the code in heading element it works.
Can you please try the code inside a header elements and let us know if that works.

I will report this text element issue to my development team. meanwhile please try adding the code in a heading element.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the reply!
By “Heading Element” you mean “Headline Element”?

Anyway, after changing the element which holds the Slider from “Text Element” to a “Headline Element” it still doesn’t work.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in again!
The code works fine in my setup in a headline element. Can you please post your website details in a secure note so that we can have a look. also send the exact code with real image path so that we will see.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
    All the best!

I’ve added a secure note with all the required info.

Hi There,

The slider isn’t displaying because the width of text element is auto.

I’ve changed it to 300px and slider is working fine now:

Cheers!

Thank you very much!

It works very good!
