Responsive Menu Disappeared

I was tweaking my menus and suddenly my mobile breakpoint hamburger menu disappeared. See screen capture. The desktop version is trying to fit on a phone size. This basically breaks my navigation on phones. This was working yesterday and I’m sure I broke it somehow tweaking today.
Can you point me in the right direction to fix?

Hi,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If none helps, please provide us your site url so we can take a closer look.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. If I’ve checked correctly all theme and plugins are up to date. I’ve deactivated all plugins and the problem of the full menu on mobile sizes and not the hamburger responsive menu is still there. The url to check is craveablecarolinas.com. But please view https://craveablecarolinas.com/contact/ at mobile size. The home page doesn’t show this issue. but the other pages which use a different header do.
Thanks for checking.

Hello There,

How many custom headers do you have?
It seems that the contact page were assigned with a different header.

If that does not help, please provide us access so that we can investigate.

Thanks.

Hi,
We only have to active headers. One for the homepage (page) and one for the posts pages.
I’ll send a secure note with access.
Thanks for looking.

Hello There,

I have logged in and it turns out that you have two custom header, the “Craveable Main Header” and “Craveable Short Header”. “Craveable Short Header” were assigned to all posts, all pages and posts page. This is the header in the contact page as well. As I am seeing to edit, there was no hamburger icon or navigation for mobile. You will need to add navigation collapse or navigation layered. You will need to hide/show the navigation elements in different screen sizes using the “Hide During Breakpoint” option. To know more about this option, please check this out: https://theme.co/t/hide-during-breakpoint-explained/17378

Hope this helps.
