Responsive footer doesn't look the same on phone

Hi,

On my site: brainglish-intlschool.com i’ve created a footer. This footer has responsive css queries in it and everything looks good in the built in builder and responsive view. Even when I used chrome and inspect element and change the view to ‘iphone view’ everything looks good.

But when i actually view it on an iphone, it doesn’t looks the same at all. What am I doing wrong?

Here is what it looks like in the visual inspector:

Here is what it looks like on an actual iphone 6 plus:

Thank you,

Hi @mrcanngo,

Thanks for writing in.

I have encountered the same problem with this. The problem with that is the site is not updated to the latest version.

Update your site to the latest version. Update guide:

Hope it helps.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

Hi,

I tried updating to version 2.0.4 (latest version as of 05-24-2018) and still have the same issue. In addition, i’ve tried purging my cache plugins to see if that would help. Same results though.

Thank you,

Hi,

I can’t seem to replicate the issue on my end.

This is how it looks in iphone 6 plus

Try to clear your mobile browser cache and check again.

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.

  2. Scroll to and tap Safari.

  3. Scroll to and tap Clear History and Website Data.

  4. When prompted, tap Clear History and Data.

  5. The browser cache is now cleared.

Thanks

hmm. problem still persists. I noticed on your screenshot, the fonts didn’t load correctly either. I’ll try with another iphone to see if the issue persists.

Thank you.

You’re welcome!
