Resizing sticky header elements

I built a header using the Pro header and have the bar set to be sticky. I’d like for the header to shrink upon scroll, so that it doesn’t take up so much room and that requires that the navigation and button I’m using also shrink. I’ve gotten it so that the logo shrinks, but I cannot find how to control the navigation and button elements.
