Hello! I noticed a bug in comment system: when I click on “Reply” link in specific comment and send the reply it it than appears as new comment at the top, not under the comment to which I replied (as “subcomment”)

This seems to be odd as our default view of the theme does add the comments as a reply with an indent:

I suggest that you check the case by changing the theme to default theme of the WordPress and see if the problem persists. If yes then it is not related to our theme.
But if no, you need to follow the steps below:
- Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme and Cornerstone plugin, if not kindly update:

- If you use a Child Theme, check the case with the Parent theme, maybe there is a customization which is causing the issue.
- Check for 3rd party plugin conflicts, by deactivating all plugins except Cornerstone and checking the case.
If the problem persists kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress installation using the Secure Note functionality of the post and the exact post name which you check the case to follow up.
