Removing Search for WooCommerce

I have a WooCommerce Version 3.3.1 website. To improve the site search I am using the SearchWP plugin (searchwp.com). The site is hosted at Kinsta.

My site is crashing due to php errors. Both Kinsta and SearchWP say I have to remove the X and the WooCommerce search functions. How do I remove search from X?

I am using X – Child ThemeVersion: 1.0.0 and XVersion: 5.2.5.

Hey @panoptic,

X does not have any search functions. It only uses WordPress’ search form. That is also the case for WooCommerce. Can you provide the error details so we could see what files they’re referring to?

Thank you for the prompt reply. SearchWP said the conflict was with my theme or with WooCommerce. I will contact them again to request more details.

Thanks. You would also need to downgrade WooCommerce to version 3.2.3 because that is the latest supported version in X / Pro.
