Remove mailchimp double-optin (mailchimp X add on)

Hi,
I have a problem with mailchimp addon on X.
Apparently all the set-up is OK both in Wordpress and Mailchimp to do NOT send a double opt-in email, but is not working well (it effectively sends the double opt-in email).
If instead of a mailchimp form I add another form built by Contact Form 7 plugin and link to the same mailchimp list, it does work well and don’t send the double optin.
I really want to use mailchimp add on because of the personalization options.
What can I do?

Hi,
Yes I am updated with the latest versions.
My specific need is that I want to integrate a form in a page thru cornerstone. WP form 7 works well but the personalization options doesnt suit to my needs. Mailchimp form is perfect but it fires the double optin, even when all the set up is properly done.
Convertplus is not an option in this case, is it?
Please let me know what to do.

Hi,
Yes all this is done and correctly set up.
As I said, the configuration is perfectly working with contact form 7 but not with the X Mailchimp add on (added thru classic mailchimp element on cornerstone).
In that pages there are 2 examples. TOp is contact form 7 and bottom is mailchip. Both are linked to the same list on mailchip. https://powerperro.com/lobovivo

Hey @powerperro,

The latest version of Email Forms is 2.0.3 and you’re currently using 1.1.2. Please update to the latest version. Please uninstall the current version you’re using and then install the Email Form plugin again via X > Validation. Once updated, you can disable the double opt-in in your form settings.

I’ve updated but still same issue :frowning:
Where are you accessing to the “Skip double option” combo?
Im going tru X>EmailFOrms>General Settings and I cant see it
