Remove Gap between Header and first Block

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a way to remove the Gap between the Header and the first block. I already tried a couple solutions offered in this Forum, but all the suggested CSS code didn’t do anything. I only want to change the Layout of a single page (https://www.mfw7.de/ems), this includes both the white and the gray empty area.

It is simple. Select a predefined template “Blank - No Container | Header, Footer” on “Page Attribute” section.
