Hi, I just bought the new version of X as an uptdate of one I bought a few years ago. But Revolution Slider, which caused a problem, was not a plugin anymore.
So, could you be so kind to refund the purchase, since now it’s not of any use.

Thank you for writing in, I have checked your 2 licenses on your account and see that both are purchased on September 25, 2015.
Can you clarify what do you mean by “But Revolution Slider, which caused a problem, was not a plugin anymore.” Maybe we can help you with that. Revolution Slider is still an Extension of X and PRO.
