Hello,

I would like to redirect the form to the home page: https://digizal.ch
However I only seem to redirect to a subdomain of https://digizal.ch/evaluation/#

Please make sure you have added your homepage link in the designated field as in this screenshot:

If this didn’t help, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.
