I currently have a site on a staging site with X… I am looking to push my site live. I am looking for someone to verify when I push it to a live site I won;t have issues.
ie. thinking X is on two themes.
Does this make sense?

Before we go any further, make sure you have a new WordPress site setup that you want to migrate to, remember this article only covers migrating Cornerstone, it doesn’t cover migrating your customizer settings, migrating files and images or migrating any other type of content. Does this mean everything uploaded into corner stone will not work?

Thanks for updating the thread. 
Migration article covers only migrating Cornerstone data. So, if the requirement is to move Cornerstone data, you can follow the article. There might be some issues with media files as they are stored into the server under /wp-content/uploads/ directory and migration article does not cover moving website, theme and media files.
To move entire site that also includes Theme, images, other media files etc, you can follow following article:

Now- when you got mobilemediclaim.com there is a little part of slider at the top… how can i make that disappear?

Please edit the page and scroll down to the Slider Settings: Below Masthead then set it to another option the save it.
Once saved, go back to the slider setting and set it to Deactivated.

But my picture still flies in from the side- will it still do that if I change it to deactivate?

Are you referring to this?
@Jade’s suggestion will not be applicable because it is not a slider. You are only using a column width fade in animations. What seems to be the issue here anyway?

Hey there! It disappeared!!! So thank you very much. But I am having a few issues.
I just pushed this site to production.
- Mobile MediClaim mobile top nav bar is not working
- The pictures are smaller now at the top of every page. Home included. How do I make these big again?
- When mobile MediClaim is googled it shows old pages. Is this because they are still published maybe? How do I make the new pages show?

I updated everything and it still on the desktop is cutting out the homepage. You can see its cut out.

Changing something in your site will not take effect on google index instantly, you may need to re-index them (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812?hl=en).
As for the homepage, may I know what’s cutting out? I’m not really sure what’s the issue as there is no comparison of how it was. And for the image, are you referring to the screenshots provided by @RueNel? If yes, then you may change it to a square image, in responsive design, the height follows the width changes. Making it square will make it bigger and perfectly fit to a squared column.
