Purchased Theme X, not showing up in my licenses

I need to reassign it to a different website, but it’s not showing up…???

Hello @scottforeman,

Thanks for writing in! Where have you purchased the theme? Is it from Themeforest? Please login to your ThemeForest account and go to the Downloads section (https://themeforest.net/downloads). You can then find the license code and add it in your licenses page in your Apex account (https://theme.co/apex/licenses). Once it is added in the Apex, you can assign the license to the site you want to validate.

I tried that - but it failed. It told me this:

“Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.”

Which would mean it’s being used under another Apex account that perchance I have??? Which I don’t think I do…

Hello Scott,

Please provide us the license code that you are trying to add in your APEX account so we can check it. Maybe you have another account that uses it.
