Purchased and registered, theme won't validate

I have entered the license in apex with the website, but the theme won’t validate, so I can’t access elements. tastesuccesusa.com

Thanks for writing in! The given url has been assigned to a license code already. You have an X theme license converted to a Pro theme license. Please use the Pro theme since it is the theme active in your site. If nothing helps, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
