Purchase/upgrade for site with new URL

I purchased X theme for the URL: http://www.twinbranchbiblechurch.com. This site has been changed to http://www.twinbranchbiblechurch.ORG. Thus, the .com URL is no longer in service. Will I need to purchase Pro in order to upgrade my site to X Pro? For my other site, all I did was click the upgrade to Pro link. But the twinbr…COM still shows up on my accounts page. How should I proceed here?

Little bit confusing query. Please correct me if I understand it wrongly.

In your account or license page(https://theme.co/apex/licenses), after upgrading from X to Pro, revoke or change your .com in to .org url. To change the domain, just click the pencil icon.
