Hi - I purchased a new theme and get support plus purchased extra but what does this mean. That I just post here because I posted a question two hours ago and the staff didn’t properly address it regarding my Customizer issue. The Customizer is completely missing and all they did was point out where it is supposed to be. This is the most frustrating theme I have ever had to install. It has never taken me this long to install a theme and support for other themes is usually more responsive and helpful. Was it a mistake purchasing this theme this morning?
