Proverbial License Validation Problem

Purchased PRO license for X theme and Cornerstone. Have latest WP version: www.softsandrubber.com.

When I am in WP Dashboard and attempt to license X theme:

I end up right back at http://www.softsandrubber.com/wp-admin/admin.php? with blank screen.

Any suggestions?

Obviously I can’t update theme automatically…

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Please make sure you are using latest version of X Theme and Cornerstone. To manually update, please take a look at following article:


3. Under Settings > General please make sure same site address is being used in WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).
