I am searching for promo element from visual composer.
After updating I can’t find it…

I checked in my local setup and can see Promo Element in Visual Composer. On your website please try out following solutions.

  1. Please make sure that you are using latest version of X Theme 6.5.5.
  2. As of today the supported version of Visual Composer is 5.7. If you are using old version of Visual Composer, please update to latest supported version.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.
