Hi there,

Would it be possible to create a progress reading bar filling up when scrolling down without installing a plugin?

E.g. making the bar in header builder using some CSS and JS to add the visualisation of the reading progress when scrolling down? like this https://spektrum.altinget.dk/debat/folk-tror-unge-kun-gar-op-i-sociale-medier-men-unge-forholder-sig-kritisk-til-samfundet/
