Products Variations not showing on WooCommerce

I’m adding new products to my Woocommerce site, but when I try to add VARIATIONS the tab that should show isn’t. I’m adding the ATTRIBUTES but the VARIATIONS TAB never shows (See attached images)

I tried disabling ALL the plugins, but the error persists.

I get a Message at the top of my site saying:

Your theme (X) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again

That’s why I’m writting here, to see if this is a Theme problem.

Any ideas how to fix this.

THANKS

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for writing in! First of all, I would highly recommend that you check out the documentation on how to properly set up a product variation from here (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/).

If you’re still having issues, we can then try to isolate your issue.

  1. First of all, make sure that you’re using the latest version of X/Pro theme, WooCommerce and Cornerstone plugin.
    Pro (v2.3.8)
    X theme (v6.3.8)
    Cornerstone (v3.3.8)
    WooCommerce (v3.5.1)
If you’re using any outdated versions make sure to update to the versions that mentioned above by following our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

If you’re already using the correct versions on your end, then you need to check the following.

  1. PHP version: We recommend PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any incompatibility issues.
  2. Enable WP_DEBUG mode: You can enable debug mode on your WordPress by following this guide here (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG). Then when you revisit your page, you will see PHP errors which should describe your issues.

If you’re using a caching plugin on your server, purge your server cache and disable it temporarily while you’re troubleshooting your issue.

Also I would recommend to re-generate your .htaccess file by head over to Settings -> Permalinks area. You just need to select the option postname and save the changes to reset your .htaccess.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your WordPress credentials in a secure note to investigate your issue further.

Thanks!
