Product results not showing

Hi

if you go to my page: https://www.commissionit.co.uk/product-category/bespoke-gifts/aprons/
and click on the image of an product (for example Aprons) and not on “Buy now” you will see that the image redirects to a blank white page.

Other products do show? https://www.commissionit.co.uk/personalised-gifts-bespoke-works/?swoof=1&product_cat=sustainable if this link does not work, please select the category sustainable in https://www.commissionit.co.uk/personalised-gifts-bespoke-works/

Did find a similar issue here https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/woocommerce-product-images-not-showing-on-product-page/

the buy now button in if you go to my page: https://www.commissionit.co.uk/product-category/bespoke-gifts/aprons/ does work though?

thanks in advance guys …

Hi Amin,

Thanks for writing in! There are few things you need to check or perform in order to isolate this issue.

  1. First disable your child theme by activating your parent X theme and see if you’re experiencing any issues related to your child theme customizations.
  2. I see that you’re using 3rd party WooCommerce plugins such as for product filters. Could you please disable them temporarily and see if you’re experiencing any issue with them. If you’re still having issues, please disable your other 3rd party plugins as well except Cornerstone, WooComerce plugin and see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict.
  3. Check the PHP version running on your server and see if you’re using PHP v5.6.x or higher to avoid any incompatibility issues.
  4. Since you’re getting a blank screen, I would suggest you to enable WP_DEBUG mode on WordPress by following this guide (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) and then revisit your product page and see if you’re getting any PHP errors.

That should help you to identify the cause of your issue. In case if you’re still having issues, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to investigate your issue further.

Thanks!

hi tried all except 4, dont understand how to do that, on latest php.

Will share login details…

Really appreciate your help…

Hi Amin,

In that case, we need your FTP credentials to enable WP_DEBUG mode as mentioned in the 4th point and investigate your issue further.

In the meantime, if there’s a possibility to switch your PHP to different version, please try switching it to PHP v7.1.x and see if that helps.

Thanks!

Thank’s DEBUG1 has been enabled. Not sure how to check?

Hi,

I checked and can see the following errors

Please contact your host and ask them to update your php version to 7.2

You could also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

my developer fixed it but thanks for your help guys

Glad it’s fixed now and you’re welcome
