I think the issue isn’t so much about the size of the thumbnail but the level of zoom in it is currently.

First problem that I could see is that you are using a version of Woocommerce not the compatible version of X theme.
Latest version compatible with X can be seen here:
You can remove your Woocommerce plugin in your plugin page then reinstall it again via in your X overview or add ons so that it would be the latest version compatible with X theme.
If still not working, you can check the link below for details on how to fix this. Probably you are using other plugins that could cause not to change anything.
