Problems editing pages with cornerstone

Hello.
I have Cornerston with my X-theme. I didn´’t use for some time but now i try to edit a page and cannot see the preview. The plugin seems to work, i can use the menu on the left, but i see nothing on the right but the “beating” icon.

Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us. This could happen due to multiple factors, please check the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom JavaScript if you have and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

  5. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php (see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935)

hi,

I check all the ponts but 4. I’m updated, when deactivate all the plugins it appears an error text that didn’t appear before (see image). Mi hosting add the code you request.

Is there any way to do the point 4 without no stop the website? If I deactivate my child theme my ecommercce will lost important funcionalities.
