Problem with WP Bakery and X Theme

Hi,
please excuse my english.
I use X theme with WP bakery page builder, and for few days, I don’t really know how long, it doesn’t work well and my pages are empty instead of full of category post . I can’t update the plugin because i had it with the theme. What can i do ?
If I desactivate the pluging my posts are empty !

As we do not have access to your WordPress Dashboard we can not make sure what should be the cause of the issue. Please kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website to follow up the case. Meanwhile kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot some common cases and get back to us with the result:

  • Make sure that you use the latest version of the theme and the plugin, if not kindly update them
  • Purge all caches if you have a cache plugin
  • Check for possible 3rd party plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except Cornerstone. If the problem is fixed then kindly activate them one by one to find the plugin responsible for the problem.
  • Is the problem only happening to one page or all pages? If only it is in one page that seems to be a corrupt one so try to recreate the page

Hi,
the probleme is happening on all pages. I tried everything you recommend and nothing change.
I got the latest version of my theme but i cant update the plugging because I got it with the theme and i don’t have personnal licence.
My website is www.montourailleurs.com and all page of destination have some problems like http://montourailleurs.com/destinations/la-russie/
I dont understand whta you mean by user / pass. My website doesn’t need it.

Thank you for providing the url of the page in question. The latest supported version of VC can be check here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

We will be the one who will provide the plugin updates. We are testing the latest release for conflicts and issue with X/Pro theme. We will be pushing the updates via automatic updates once were are done with testing.

What seems to be the problem? When I check the page I can see the contents of the page. You can check out my screenshot here:

Hi, thanks for your reply.
My homepage looks good but in the bottom of it you can’t see any post.
and the other page are not ok neither like here http://prntscr.com/hpaed2 you should see many post.
I build the page withe bakery plugin and it should makes appear all posts of my categor “chine”
i Checked your link with The latest supported version of VC but can’t find any help.
So i really hop you will update this pluging very soon.
