Problem with the Product Validation

I’m trying to validate my purchase but when I enter and submit my API key I get the follow error:

Could not establish connection. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co

I have deactivated the firewall of my OS but the error continues…

Could you help me please?

These are the features of the server where we currently have the website:
VPS: 4vCPU / 16GB RAM / 150 GB SSD
