Are you trying to validate the site that I have indicated in the Secure Note using the licenses that I have place in the secure note as well?
If so, it seems that the site is using a very old version of X and Cornerstone which is not support by the current validation process.
Because of this, you will have to update X manually then validate it afterwards.
