Problem with Essential Grid in Internet Explorer

Hi,

I have a strange issue with Essential Grid that only occur in Internet Explorer.

On this page the grid isn´t loading - https://westermarkanjou.se/en/news/

But on this page another grid is loading fine - https://westermarkanjou.se/en/our-people/

When I swap the grids to see if there is an issue with the actual News page the grid Our people works fine but the News grid still doesn´t work.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked and the code is there on IE, there is no error at all. I assume the javascript responsible for the rendering isn’t executed. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note so we could directly check the grid?

Hi Melker,

Have you customized the blog post? It appears different than standard post editing. Also, it appears the grid is only appearing for posts that have an image, could you try assigning featured images to them too? I just can’t do it as every time I insert a featured image a popup appears that I don’t understand the meaning. I’m afraid that it will affect your post content if I do that.

Hi,

Thank you for trying to solve this and when you mentioned featured image I got an idea.
I don´t use the standard featured image, but Internet Explorer will not load the grid unless the posts contain a featured image.
To solve this I set a default image for the grid and then everything works.
