Problem with accordion titles

Hi there, I have a problem with a site that doesn’t display accordion titles after a number of elements.

As you can see in the image, if I insert some element after the red arrow (ASA Magazine), every accordion element title disappear and appear the placeholder: “Make sure to set a title”

I have checked the htm code and there’s no errors and I have tried to insert one elment at a time to find the problem.

My client now can’t update the site, so can you help me to solve this issue with this configuration?

Thank you very much

Hey Alessandro,

The given credentials doesn’t work. Please check.

Thanks.

Ok, corrected.

I see you have a lot of pages with accordions but I could not see this issue. Would you mind posting the URL of the page this is happening?

We might also do a plugin conflict test. Can we do that in your live site? Just note that it might interrupt your site’s operation.

Thanks.

Yes, you can try a plugin test, but please wait for 2 hours at least or more. And I’ve need that you guarantee that the site doesn’t suffer any problems after this test.

Thank you

Hi Alessandro,

Thank you for the URL. I checked your site and I see you’re using the incompatible versions of the theme and plugins. Please update your theme and plugins to the latest version I’d suggest you to consider using a development environment if your client doesn’t want to update the live site. This is a great place to test updates with your customization to see how your site is affected.

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/ or https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide but before updating make sure to backup your site.

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hope this helps!

Ok, thank you very much. I wanted to be sure that was an update problem to comunicate it to my client.

Thanks

You’re welcome, Alessandro.
