Problem cornerstone page editor

Hi,

When I want to edit a page with cornerstone I get the following message: ‘Uh oh!
An unidentifiable error is preventing the live preview from loading. Switching to Skeleton Mode’

I’ve updated the theme, removed my caching plug-in, deactivated all plug-ins and installed a new child-theme however I still get this message.

I also searched through the support desk however nothing I can find helps.

Hi,

Upon checking, I can see you have incompatible version of the theme and cornerstone.

Please update your cornerstone plugin to Version 3.1.6

Kindly check other plugins as well and make sure it’s the version listed on the link below

Don’t forget to clear plugin cache, browser cache and system’s cache(under X > Settings) after the update.
