Pro vs. X Licenses

I have X, but for some reason the only license I see in my account is for Pro. I need to update X so that my mobile menu drops down. Please help. Thank you!

Hi Katie,

You might have upgraded your licenses to Pro that is why you are seeing a Pro license in your account or you have another account where the X license is registered,

If that is the case, please provide us with the license key in a Secure Note so that we can check it.

Hi Katie,

Thanks for providing the details.

I have checked the license and it seems that you have upgraded your X license to Pro last July 27, 2017.

You can find this information when you go to your licenses page.

Since you have a license, you will have to have Pro installed and activated on your site and you can validate the site using the license so that you can get the automatic updates.
