Pro Theme Buttons Won't Open In New Tab

Hi,

Recently we’ve noticed that buttons won’t open in new tabs even when the settings is on.

All themes, plugins and settings are up to date.

We’ve cleared the cache, server and browser side. Nothing seems to work.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

Either of the buttons on this page are a good example of the issue

Thanks for posting in!

Please edit your page back in Pro editor and make sure that you have saved your changes. At the moment, it seems that the target as new blank tab is not being set on the page.

Hi,

Thanks for the update here.

I have gone in several times and updated, then saved the page.

I have also set it to “off” then saved and then gone in and set it back to “on” and saved as well.

Toggled the settings and saved in-between.

I have cleared varnish cache and also cleared the browser cache in each instance.

No change.

Hi,

It appears it took longer than usual for the cache to clear across the CDN.

But I have checked it in several browsers today and mobile and the links are working properly now and opening in new tabs as desired.
