Pro Theme: Builder showing content overlapping header

Hi, WHen using Pro Builder the content is appearing overlapping the header instead of nesting in between the header and footer. While the content is showing correctly on the front-end, the admin end is messed up. In non-graphical mode and it seems ok. I have cleared the cache, tested plugins, etc, to no avail. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Hello Michael,

Thanks for asking.

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  3. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
  4. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Thanks. I did the above, flagged plugins, etc. I put everything back as is because it did not change. The contact page is an example a page that is messed up and few other,s but then some are just fine. THANK YOU!

Hi Michael,

On your contact page try removing the Classic Gravity Form element and use the Gravity form shortcode instead, you can use the Content Area element for adding shortcodes on your page.

View your page in Skeleton mode for easier access.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!
