Pro - social element graphic icons not working

Hi there,

I’m playing with Pro and can’t get the social element’s graphic icon to work in the header editor. It’s showing up &#xf09a"; no matter what graphic icon I select. Graphic icons working fine in footer and everywhere else.

Hey @OxfamPP,

Please check for the following first:

1. Ensure everything is up to date

2. If you’re using a caching plugin, please clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins. Your host might also have a built-in caching system. Please contact them to clear all caches also and deactivate caching.

3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If nothing helps, please give us access to your WordPress admin in a Secure Note. We also need permission to troubleshoot in your site and that includes removing customizations and deactivating plugins. If that could not be done, please copy your site to a staging server and give us access.
