Pro settings etc lost on import

Hi there, I am trying to migrate my site, however it seams all my pro settings have been lost.

  • homepage not showing proper content,
  • Custom headers and menus etc not showing

I had to import via the wordpress importer as I can’t delete the current database. So basically I setup a blank wordpress install, moved all my theme, plugins, uploads etc and then ran the wordpress importer.

Any idea why some of the pro settings were lost? Any idea on how to fix this?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! WordPress importer only imports posts and pages. It will not import all the settings you may have in the origin site to your another site. For best results, please use a 3rd party plugin to do the migration for you. You may use All in One Migration or other alternative plugin.
