Pro on openbsd

I can’t get the theme to validate. I get the grey box after I enter the purchase code and nothing more. I have tried the following:

• firewall down
• permissions
• inputting licenses to theme.co/apex

any help is greatly appreciated.

• Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Pro theme installed.
• I checked your license page and the link you set there. I checked the code and there is no Pro theme installed there.
• If the problem is a connection issue, the best way is that you contact your hosting service provider. Here is how you should engage with their support:

I fail to understand your response.

Production site is listed as seventthree.com under licenses.
seventthree.com shows “powered by pro” when I pull up the site.
The pro theme I FTPd was downloaded last night.

What am I missing here?
