PRO Migration

I want to transition my sites from X Theme to Pro Theme? I currently use 1and1. Can someone assist me to migrate my sites?

Do you want to migrate the site or upgrade from X to PRO?

If you wish to upgrade you can upgrade your license on your themeco license page download a version of PRO and upload to Appereance > Themes.

If you wish to migrate your site to another hosting service we recommend using the plugin All In One Migration.

So now that I have upgraded, I am facing the same issues with updating either Cornerstone and now PRO. I am not able to edit the content.

Please try following general solution:

Please make sure that you are running PHP 7 or later on the server as running old version of PHP can have potential issues. You can refer following document for server requirement https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/11
Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/1952. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

If nothing helps, please give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.
