Pro License without converting to Pro

Hi There,

I just loaded in a previous license that was not transferred to pro, yet the pro editor in Wordpress is active.

I was wondering how to go about returning it to it’s original state of original X.

The site license in question is for mytrackjournal.com

I am not sure what is the problem. I see that you have an X license in the licenses page for that website but did you install the Pro theme on that site?

Please consider that the conversion is possible from X to Pro but not the reverse. For more information:

Hi There,

If you see in the images below, it shows I have 6 installed.

In the browser window image below I believe this is the pro editing screen?

Also, the license is for 6 and never was converted to pro.

Hi,

I checked your site and I can confirm that it’s using xtheme and not PRO

What you see are v2 Elements it is available for X and PRO.

You can disable them under X > Settings.

Thanks for getting back to me.

After comparing it to the other sites I have with X, it appears I missed that cornerstone was updated, and that’s what looks so different. Gotta relearn X again now ha ha :confused:
