Pro is getting stuck in edit mode - "Pro" just pulses

I have been using pro (across a number of sites) for a number of years and love it.

Yesterday I went into make an edit (as I do every day) and it got stuck.

The process I use to edit is as follows;

• Log onto site
• Go to page requiring edit
• Click “Edit this Page” on the top menu, then
• Click Edit with Pro (under the Pro logo on the page)

This is where the problem occurs

• circle starts spinning
• left-hand side Layout Panel appears but right-hand side only has a pulsing “Pro” logo. This remains indefinitely - result I can not edit the site.

I have tried:

• updating the the latest theme version
• deactivating all plugins.

Neither of these have helps

Any other suggestions?

(NB The site www.simpleceremonies.com.au looks fine but just can make any edits)

Thank you for writing in, please make sure your PRO and Wordpress are all update to date.

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If the issue persists, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
